Shipping Information

(i) All sizes quoted are UK sizes and all prices are GBP, international are accepted in GBP.

(ii) Postage is charged at cost, and no profit is added to it.

(iii) Packaging is also charged at cost.

(iv) All items are despatched as soon as possible after a cleared payment has been received. Post is sent via business collection Monday to Friday.

(v) All items are despatched by first class recorded delivery.

(vi) All International items are disptached by Royal Mail Airmail service, if you require a trackable service please email for a quote prior to your order, as we are not responsilbe for it,s lost or delayed inthe post.

(vii) Online Wedding Shoes will not be held responsible for any items lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

(viii) Online Wedding Shoes will not be held responsible for the wrong size being order, whilst every effort is made with international buyers to confirm the correct UK size.

(viiI) For orders over £100 which received free P&P. If part or all of your order is returned for a refund and the remaining order value is below £100.00 then the shipping cost of £8.00 will become payable from the refund due.

(ix) Online Wedding Shoes will ship items to the shipping address provided will not be held responsible for the wrong details being entered.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges (excluding dyed items)

(i) Items will happily be exchanged for a similar item or any item in current stock, excluding dyed items.

(ii) You must email onlineweddingshoes@yahoo.co.uk to advise, and await a returns form and label containing your returns number to be sent by return of email. Items will not be accepted without a returns form or the address label attached on the outside of the packaging.

(iii) A return request must be received within 7 days of receipt of item.

(iv) Return postage at buyers expense.

(v) Postage will be payable on the replacement item.

(vi) Please obtain a proof of posting.

(vii) Please place your senders details clearly on the reverse of the packaging.

(viii) If an item has already been exchanged and the additional postage has not been paid and then is returned for a refund the additional postage will become payable from the refund due.

(ix) For orders over £100 which received free P&P. If part or all of your order is returned for a refund and the remaining order value is below £100.00 then the shipping cost of £8.00 will become payable from the refund due.

You must email to advise first before returning any item and Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL PACKAGING, please do not mark or deface the box in anyway or they will not be classed as original condition and will not qualify for a refund in anyway. Items must also contain the returns form and returns number or a refund/exchange cannot be issued.
